As the operator of the website www.tierratech.cz and therefore the controller of personal data provided by customers, TierraTech s.r.o. undertakes to process this personal data in accordance with applicable legal regulations, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR).
TierraTech s.r.o. processes the following personal data when operating the website www.tierratech.cz: first name, last name, address, phone number, e-mail address, IP address and cookies.
Personal data are processed on the legal basis of fulfilling contractual obligations of TierraTech s.r.o. towards its customers and on the legal basis of protecting the legitimate interests of TierraTech s.r.o.

TierraTech s.r.o. processes only personal data necessary to fulfill the purposes of processing, i.e. to fulfill its contractual obligations (especially delivery of goods) and to protect its legitimate interests, including direct marketing.

Personal data will be processed for the period necessary to fulfill contractual obligations and protect legitimate interests, and after that handled in accordance with applicable legislation, Act No. 499/2004 Coll. (Act on Archives and Records Management) and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
The customer has the following rights in relation to their personal data:
The right of access to personal data means that the customer has the right to obtain information from the controller about whether their personal data are being processed, and if so, what data are processed and how they are processed. The customer also has the right to request correction of inaccurate personal data without undue delay. Incomplete personal data may be completed at any time.
The right to erasure of personal data represents the obligation of the controller to delete personal data about the customer if certain conditions are met and the customer requests it.
The customer has the right to request restriction of processing in certain cases. The customer also has the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests of the controller, a third party, or necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest.
The right to data portability allows the customer to obtain personal data they have provided to the controller in a commonly used and machine-readable format. These data can then be transferred to another controller.
The right to withdraw consent does not apply here because the customer’s personal data are processed on the basis of fulfilling a contract, not on the basis of consent.
If the customer is dissatisfied with the processing of their personal data, they may submit a complaint directly to the controller or contact the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection.
The controller declares that personal data will be collected only to the extent necessary to fulfill the defined purpose and will be processed only in accordance with the purpose for which they were collected. Employees of the controller and other persons who process personal data on the basis of a contract with the controller are obliged to maintain confidentiality about personal data even after termination of their employment or contractual relationship.
