Semi-automatic ultrasonic cleaning lines are complex technological equipment that enables a high level of cleanliness of cleaned items. The lines are usually composed of three basic sections: cleaning, rinsing, and drying.

• Cleaning section contains one or more cleaning chambers in which the cleaned items are exposed to ultrasonic waves. These waves create cavitation bubbles in the liquid that, through rapid compression and explosion, remove impurities from the surface of the items. The type of cleaning medium and the number of cleaning chambers are selected according to the nature of the cleaned items and the type of contamination.
• Rinsing section is used to remove residues of the cleaning medium and dirt from the surface of the items. It contains one or more rinsing chambers in which the items are rinsed with clean water. The number of rinsing chambers and the quality of the rinsing water are selected according to the required level of cleanliness.
• Drying section is used to remove water from the surface of the items. It contains one or more drying chambers in which the items are dried using hot air or infrared radiation.
