For effective ultrasonic cleaning, the right cleaning chemistry is just as important as the equipment itself. It is selected according to the part material, type of contamination and required cleaning result.

During the trial, you can use your own cleaning agent if you already have a proven product used in your operation. We will be happy to verify whether it is suitable for ultrasonic cleaning and the selected equipment.

If you do not have a suitable cleaning agent, we will recommend one of the products we use. We will help you choose the right cleaning solution for degreasing and removing oils, carbon deposits, polishing compounds, paint, operational contamination or other deposits.

Before lending you the cleaner, we can test your parts with the recommended cleaning agent to ensure that the selected process delivers the required results.

We will verify how a specific cleaning agent performs with the given type of contamination, material and required result. This allows us to determine whether your existing cleaning agent is suitable or whether one of our proven products for ultrasonic cleaning and degreasing would be more effective.

During the test, we assess:

• the removal of grease, oils, carbon deposits, polishing compounds, paint and operational contamination,
• compatibility with the material,
• the required concentration, temperature and cleaning time,
• the resulting surface cleanliness,
• process safety without unnecessary damage to the parts.

Preliminary testing allows us to optimise the cleaning process so that you achieve meaningful results from the very first day of the trial.

Yes. The ultrasonic cleaner is provided free of charge for 7 days. We deliver and set up the equipment and train your operators at no cost, allowing you to test it directly at your facility using your own parts.

You only pay for the cleaning chemicals required for the trial. We can select the appropriate product based on the type and material of your parts and the specific contamination. Alternatively, you can use your own proven cleaning agent if it is suitable for ultrasonic cleaning.
